How Postprism ranks your top posts, how to find them in the dashboard, and how to export the data.
Top performing posts are ranked by publishing consistency and platform reach — specifically, posts that published successfully to the most platforms and the most recently. Because Postprism does not currently pull real-time engagement data from each platform's API, rankings are based on publishing breadth, not likes or comments.
Go to Dashboard → Analytics → Top Posts. This view lists your most broadly published posts in descending order. Click any post to open it in the editor for review or to republish it with updated content.
Agency plan users can export their full publishing history as a CSV. Go to Analytics → Export and select the date range. The export includes: post title, platforms published to, publish time, and per-platform success/failure status.
CSV exports are generated on demand and delivered to your account email within a few minutes for large datasets.
