Understanding your analytics overview

What the analytics dashboard shows, which metrics are tracked, and how plan tier affects access.

What is tracked

Postprism's analytics dashboard tracks publishing activity across all connected platforms. Metrics include: total posts published, posts per platform, publishing success rate, and a timeline chart of publishing activity over the selected date range.

Note: engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, views) are not currently tracked. Postprism records publishing outcomes, not post-publish performance data from each platform's API.

Plan-gated access

Solo plan: Basic analytics showing a summary overview and the last 30 days of publishing activity.

Freelancer plan: Full analytics with custom date ranges, per-platform breakdowns, and top-performing posts ranked by recency and consistency.

Agency plan: Everything in Freelancer, plus CSV export of your full publishing history.

Navigating the dashboard

Go to Dashboard → Analytics. Use the date range picker at the top-right to filter by a specific period. The Overview tab shows aggregate totals. The Timeline tab shows a bar chart of posts published per day. The Platforms tab breaks results down by platform.
